Class of 2018
The Class of 2018 shares Abbie’s enthusiasm and love of life. From golf, football, softball, volleyball, theatre, modeling, nursing and teaching, the class of 2018 has a range of interest that will impact many sects of our population across the world. Their passions set them apart inside and outside the classroom.

Ashleigh Holmes – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Memorial Scholarship given to Connection Church. Ashleigh is a Senior Psychology Major at Georgia Southern University and attended Connection Church where Abbie attended during her time in Statesboro.
Samantha Zittrauer – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Memorial Scholarship for the Female Student at Savannah Christian Preparatory School. Samantha would like to be a physical therapist.
Alyssa Clements – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Female Athlete at Savannah State University and plays on the championship Golf Team. Alyssa is from Dayton Ohio and attended Miami Valley High School. She plans to attend medical school and become a OB/GYN.
Shelby Barfield – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Female Athlete for Georgia Southern University. Shelby is from Bryan County High School and is a Georgia Impact Softball Team Member.
Brian Miller – Attending Georgia Southern for his second year on a Football Scholarship, from Memorial Day School, Defensive End, 6-3, 260 pounds.
Jayda Anderson – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Memorial/Nursing/Kappa Delta Scholarship at Georgia Southern University. Jayda is from Blackshear, Georgia and is a legacy of nurses.
Nathan Wetmore – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Memorial Scholarship for the Male Student at Savannah Christian Preparatory School. Nathan is interested in apologetics, drumming, singing and acting at SCPS.
Taylor Wallace – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Memorial/Nursing/Kappa Delta Scholarship at Georgia Southern University. Taylor is from Buford High School in Buford, Georgia where she grew up in the presence of several loving nurses as her mom spent time years of her childhood hospitalized.
Chandler Williams – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Memorial Scholarship for the Male Student Athlete at Savannah State University. Chandler is a Civil Engineering Technology Major and is a 6-foot 180-pound Punter from Jacksonville, Florida.
Kelli Shiver – Recipient of the Abbie Lorene DeLoach Memorial/Nursing/Kappa Delta Scholarship at Georgia Southern University. From Savannah Georgia and St. Andrews High School, Kelli looks forward to sharing her gift of nursing around the world where nurses are needed most.
