The Abbie DeLoach Foundation is grateful for the continued support of the Kappa Delta (KD) sorority chapter at Georgia Southern University. The young women in the chapter are smart, friendly and full of spirit.
Abbie was proud to be a KD and loved everything that sisterhood offered.
Today’s KD chapter continues to impress us. Its members have been devoted participants in the annual True Blue 5K and Abbie’s Adventure Race, which has a course that streams throughout the beautiful Georgia Southern University campus. And because the KD chapter was the organization with the most participants in the race this year, it was rewarded with a large $1,000 check presented by Jimmy DeLoach Jr. Recently, our foundation’s administrator, Maria DeLoach, also brought over the live check during one of its chapter meetings.
This year, two KDs placed second in Abbie’s Adventure Race — congrats to them!
As the Abbie DeLoach Foundation supports students, athletes and missions abroad, we are encouraged by those who support us and continue to do the good works that meant so much to Abbie.
